Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
Standard Flat Rate (5-7 Days): $19 CAD, Calculated at checkout
Expedited & Express Air (1-4 Days): Calculated at checkout
Additional carrier rates may appear at checkout
Oversized/overweight items may incur an additional $30 CAD fee, as indicated on the product page.
These items are not eligible for the free shipping offer for orders over $150 CAD.
Local pickup is available for those located within the Toronto area between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. You may select local pickup as your preferred shipping method at checkout. Please reach out to hello@joneshomegarden.com with any questions.
LARGE ITEMS/FURNITURE
All oversized items and furniture are shipped white glove/insured shipping. Cost of shipping, handling and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Contact hello@joneshomegarden.com for any questions you have on oversized items.
RUSH SHIPPING
If you need an item faster than posted shipping times, please contact hello@joneshomegarden.com.
We will do our best to accommodate rush shipping.
Please note that additional fees for rush shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
PO BOXES
Carriers may not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend shipping to residential or business addresses to avoid delays in processing or delivery. Please contact hello@joneshomegarden.com if you have any questions.
PLEASE NOTE:
After orders have been picked up by partner carriers, we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or product damaged in shipping . Any amount owing upon delivery or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and/or the carrier. Please keep note your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel.
Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to JONES Home and Garden and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All furniture is custom manufactured for you and is not returnable for refund. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact service@joneshomegarden.com and we'll do our best to make things right
DAMAGED GOODS
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to pack and ship your purchases with the utmost care, damages can happen in transit. If your order has been damaged in any way, please email us at hello@joneshomegarden.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged items and packaging and we will look into an optimal solution for you promptly.
GENERAL RETURNS ON REGULAR PRICED ITEMS
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund, minus shipping and 20% restocking fee, applied toward the original form of payment. We will process the refund within 3 business days after receiving your package back at the shop.
Items must be in new, unused, resellable condition in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are considered final sale and will not be eligible for return.
